The Greystone FoodTech Masterclass is built for aspiring food entrepreneurs, existing small-batch producers looking to scale, and anyone who wants to understand the full lifecycle of a food manufacturing business — from formulation to distribution.
No prior science background is required. Our curriculum is designed to be accessible to entrepreneurs from all disciplines. We start from first principles and build up progressively. A passion for food business is all you need.
We offer two tracks: the Friday Intensive Track and the Saturday Weekend Track. Both cover identical content. Each session combines lectures, hands-on practical lab work, and live case studies from real Nigerian food brands.

Yes. All graduates receive a Greystone NextGen FoodTech Masterclass certificate of completion. Our regulatory module also prepares you with the knowledge to independently pursue NAFDAC and SON certifications for your products.
The programme is held at No 18, Oba Akenzua Avenue, Off Osuntokun Avenue, Old Bodija, Ibadan, Oyo State. The facility is fully equipped with a food science and manufacturing laboratory for all practical sessions.
